Slaptags is all about self-expression! We just ask that all content remains respectful and appropriate for general audiences. We don’t print discriminatory, hateful, or offensive material. If you’re unsure about your design, just ask!
The process
Upload your design from your computer/phone. If you want multiple sticker designs just repeat the same process but upload a different design each time. This helps in keeping things organised.
Pick a size and keep in mind that the longest side is leading.
Choose a finish like: Glossy / Matt / Matt removable.
Select how many stickers you want for a specific design.
Leave a note if you have specific treatments in mind or if there are any uncertainties.
Your stickers will be printed and cut with the utmost attention to detail and care. If there are any uncertainties we will give you a heads up.
When ready, your order is shipped within 2-3 business days with PostNL.
File preparation
Prepare your design at 300 dpi at your preferred size in centimeters/millimeters. The highest resolution gives the best results. In case the image is too low in resolution we request for a new version before going into production.
CMYK colours result in the best possible outcome, closest to how you envisioned your design. RGB format is possible but the colours might differ slightly from your digital file after production, especially in the very vibrant green/blue hues.
A white border of 3 millimeter is added around each sticker to prevent cutting into your design(s).
Want a different colour border/background? Give the background around your design (extending for at least 6 mm all around) your preferred colour and leave a note when checking out.
Finishes
Glossy finish - Weather resistant and does not tear easily. This option has a sheen to it and the colours are bright and deep.
Matt finish - Weather resistant and does not tear easily. This option is a little muted and has a soft look and feel to it.
Matt removable - The adhesive on this option is less strong and is easily repositioned.
How to treat your stickers
Keeping Your Stickers Happy
Store them well. Cool, dry spots away from windows and heaters work best. Think bedroom drawer, not bathroom cabinet. High humidity makes stickers sad and warped.
Keep them flat. Store your stickers flat to avoid creases. Nobody likes a bent work of art!
Magnet products need space. Keep them away from your phone, laptop, credit cards, and anyone with a pacemaker. Magnets are cool, but they do mess with electronics.
Safety First
Not for tiny humans under 3. Small parts can be choking hazards. Keep stickers away from curious toddlers and pets who think everything is a snack.
Handle with Care
Laminated edges can be sharp. Be gentle when dealing with your new stickers.
Fire safety. Vinyl and plastic don't like open flames or extreme heat. Keep them away from candles and stoves.
Temperature extremes. Super hot or freezing cold weather can mess with adhesives. Your stickers prefer the same, milder, environments you do!
Hand-wash only. Dishwashers are way too intense for stickers. Lukewarm water and gentle cleaning keep them looking good.
Be Responsible
Check your local rules. Vinyl stickers and plastic items go where your local recycling program says they should. Every area is different, so check first.
Don't burn them. Seriously, don't. Vinyl and plastic can release nasty fumes when burned. Just... don't.
Magnets need special handling. Separate magnets from other materials before disposal.
The Important Boring Stuff
These are decorative products. Please don't eat them, drink them, or use them for anything weird. They're for making things look cool, not for science experiments.
Electronics warning. Magnets can interfere with phones, computers, and medical devices. When in doubt, keep them apart.
Bottom Line
We want you to love your stickers and use them safely! Most of this is common sense stuff, but we have to cover our bases. When in doubt, treat your stickers with the same care you'd give to any cool thing you want to keep looking awesome.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Sometimes holidays, shipping delays, or customs hold things up. This is unfortunately totally out of our hands, but we'll keep you posted!
Returns & Cancellations
The quick turnaround reality
We work fast! Since your custom stickers go into production after a minimum of 16 hours , we have a pretty tight window for changes or cancellations.

Cancellation policy
Within 16 hours: No problem! Email us and we'll cancel your order with a full refund (minus payment processing fees).
After 16 hours: Once we've started production, we can't cancel or refund orders since your stickers are already being made specifically for you. This helps us keep our speedy turnaround times and fair pricing.

What about mistakes?
Our mistake? We'll absolutely fix it! Wrong size, printing error, or damage during shipping – we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Design issues? If there's something wrong with how your design turned out, send us photos within 7 days and we'll work with you to make it right.

EU Consumer rights
14-day return period applies – but since these are custom-made products created specifically for you, they're exempt from standard return policies under EU distance selling rules. We're always happy to help resolve any genuine quality issues though!
